Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Whether you're from Chicago or just visiting, you owe it to yourself to savor the exquisite culinary delight that is Chicago-style deep dish pizza.  To do so, there's no better place than Lou Malnati's with their buttery crust and delectable sauce.  Our personal favorite:  "The Lou," featuring fresh spinach, mushrooms and sliced tomatoes covered with a blend of mozzarella, romano and cheddar cheese.

Catch 35

Although it's not close to any oceans, you can still find great seafood in Chicago at Catch 35.  Grilled yellow fin tuna, pan-seared creole seasoned salmon and oven baked Maryland crab cakes are just a few of the treasures that await the seafood lover in all of us.

Uncle Julio's Hacienda Fine Mexican Food

Uncle Julio's Hacienda

If you're out shopping in the up-and-coming northside of Chicago and get the urge for a little Mexican cuisine, Uncle Julio's on North Avenue offers up some tasty options at a good price. We usually opt for the more traditional Juanita's Platter (two enchiladas, one crispy taco and one tamale), but the Fajitas al Carbon and Camarones Diablos (mesquite grilled jumbo butterflied shrimp) are all equally great.
